1.1. This document is an official offer agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") for the purchase of in-game items in Roblox (hereinafter "Goods"), concluded between the customer (hereinafter "Buyer") and the service provider (hereinafter "Seller") through the website RBXLOOT.shop.
1.2. This Agreement is considered concluded and binding for both parties from the moment the Buyer completes the registration process on the Seller's website.
1.3. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with in-game items in Roblox in accordance with the order selected by the Buyer on the Seller's website.
2.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered in-game items in accordance with the conditions specified on the Seller's website.
3.1. The price of each in-game item is indicated on the Seller's website and may be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
3.2. Payment for the ordered in-game items is made by the Buyer on the Seller's website using the available payment methods.
3.3. All prices are in US dollars (USD) or United Arab Emirates dirhams (AED), unless otherwise specified.
4.1. After order confirmation and payment, the Seller undertakes to deliver the in-game items to the Buyer's account in Roblox as soon as possible.
4.2. Delivery is carried out by transferring information about in-game items through game mechanisms available in Roblox.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by technical problems on the Roblox platform or other factors beyond the Seller's control.
5.1 All purchases of digital items are considered final once the items are delivered to the Customer’s Roblox account. Refunds are not available except where the Seller is unable to provide the purchased items due to technical or other objective reasons. In such cases, the Customer may request a refund within 5 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
Important: According to UAE consumer protection regulations, digital goods and virtual items are generally considered non-refundable once delivered, unless defective or not as described.
6.1. This Agreement is an offer and is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
6.2. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this Agreement, which come into force from the moment of their publication on the Seller's website.
6.3. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
